Modest Means Program- Oregon State Bar
Oregon lawyers created the Modest Means Program to help moderate-income Oregonians find affordable legal assistance. Eligibility for the program is based upon type of legal matter, applicant income and assets, and availability of participating lawyers. If you qualify for the program, the Modest Means lawyer will charge you a reduced rate for any additional legal work provided to you beyond the initial consultation.

Oregon Family To Family Health Information Center
The Oregon Family to Family Health Information Center supports families and caregivers of children with special health needs to navigate the complex health care systems. Staffed entirely by parents of children and youth with a variety of health conditions, we provide free one-to-one support, training, and printed materials to families and the professionals who serve them. This website houses hundreds of resources for parents, grandparents, teens, and young adults.

Meets On The First Wednesday Of Each Month At 1:30pm. The Free Support Group Offers Problem Solving, As Well As Mental Support To Others In Similar Situations. Support Groups Can Also Help A Caregiver Better Deal With The Illness Of A Care Recipient And Let Caregivers Know They Are Not Alone.

Darkness To Light’s: Stewards Of Children
Stewards Of Children Is A Nationally Acclaimed, Evidence-based Curriculum From The Darkness To Light Organization. Kids’ Hope Center Believes That Through Partnership And Education, We Can Improve The Lives Of Our Community’s Children. This Free Training Is Recommended Not Only For Individuals Who Work With Children Through Their Professions, But For Any Adult Who Feels Responsible For Protecting A Child. Take Root Parenting Support
The Parenting Hub Coordinates Parenting Education Classes And Workshops For Parents And Caregivers Of Young Children. Specialized Programming Is Available In The Roseburg Area For Spanish Speaking Parents Of Young Children. Community Classes Are Scheduled In Roseburg, Winston, Sutherlin, Tri City, Riddle, Reedsport, Yoncalla, Elkton, And Drain. Multi Week Classes Are Free Of Charge And Include Onsite Childcare And Complimentary Refreshments. Advance Registration For Parenting Classes And Childcare Is Required.
