There are many reasons people struggle with the holidays due to many different reasons. Financial stress, loss of loved ones, increased expectations while struggling with mental health or physical health are a few that came to my mind. I find that connection with others who are navigating similar situations is often helpful in these moments. So I am starting this as a place for discussion if anyone is needing that right now. There are other options as well reaching out to the warmline 1-833-732-2467 or crisis line 988 741741 text “brave” to be connected with a crisis counselor.
