Education Discussion Invitation for Lane County Parents

Before this school year ends, take a few steps to help ensure greater success for your child next year. Join other parents/caregivers for a discussion about what has worked, what has been challenging or could use improvement, and learn how your student can get the support they need to enjoy learning and being in school. This discussion will be hosted by Reach Out Oregon (ROO), an Initiative of the Oregon Family Support Network. Staff who are very familiar with the ins and outs of Lane County schools will share their insights and offer helpful suggestions.

Bring your questions and be ready to share and listen and take the first step in making the 2021/2022 school year better for your family.

If there is enough need and interest, a free follow-up training will be made available to dive deeper into the what, why and how of Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and 504s.
