Helping Our Children Cope As They Learn About The War in Ukraine

Oregon Family Support Network extends its heart and prayers to the people of Ukraine. In times like this, it is hard to know what to do or say or how to talk about what is going on with those we love. Remember, our children and youth may also be struggling with fear of the unknown, or how to think about these tragic events.  Here are some helpful tips on how to engage with children and youth when they ask questions about war, or about what they hear on the news.
